Some people call me a ball full of light that never stops moving!! I grew up in Chesapeake, Virginia with my massive family, six girls and two boys! My parents, Edward and Catherine, taught me to never give up and always reach for the highest point.
My favorite things in this world is my perfect pup Tegan and of course our newest addition, Elijah!! I can't leave out the love of my life and sometimes second shooter, Duke! He is everything I could have dreamed of in a soulmate. Lastly, certainly not least, my family. Growing older I've realized that my family is my backbone and biggest supporters. If it wasn't for my family helping me get started with my business, I would not be where I am today! They were my models for quite some time!
When someone asks me, "how long have you been doing this?" I have a hard time answering. My amazing, supportive parents gifted me my first camera on my 14th birthday.
Ever since, I really haven't put the camera down. Most would say, "you can't be older than 17" and when I say I'm 25 they are VERY surprised. My favorite is "young lady those cameras are bigger than you!!!" Yes, yes they are. I guess you could say I'm a petite lil thang. Anyways!! I went to school for creative advertising and thought I'd end up doing that and what do ya know, I'm now running my small wedding and portrait photography business!!! My brides and families give me life, memories and tight bonds. I've overcome a lot of personal stress and anxiety because of Photography and with help from clients. I love this wild, crazy life. I wouldn't trade this for the world!

They are the furriest children you’ll ever meet and we would snuggle all day if we could! Tegan spends a lot of time perfecting her bedding (aka our comforter) Elijah could spend the entire day by Tegans side!

My home is my happy place. I spend a lot of time in TJ Max and Target daydreaming which pillow would go best on what couch. I kid you not, pillows and chairs are my life.

THE REASON WHY
I do what I do
I am the youngest of eight children and in order to be heard, I had to learn to find my own voice. I pride myself in loving the differences in people and yet acknowledging how similar our hearts are. I believe each of us has something that truly drives us and for me, that something is being surrounded by family and friendships. As a photographer, it is a privilege to capturing those moments for others and to help tell the stories of individuality and relationships.
